Earlier today, our lunch snack:

Tonight, a Greek-style salad - greens and tomatoes and olives and chickpeas, a red wine vinaigrette, and a yogurt-marinated grilled chicken breast, hiding out under blobs of tzatziki sauce. Pita chips on the side.

I add some onion powder, bit of Liquid Smoke and I glaze three times with BBQ sauce instead of ketchup.
Yeah, my mom's recipe. I may share it with the members here if you're interested. Will write it up later.
 
Finally I got the pictures from Saturday´s dinner. Pork Vindaloo; Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken); Shrimp Kerala; Potatoes and tomatoes with coconut; Chole (Chickpeas, Punjabi-style); Carrots with Yoghurt Sauce; Baingan ka Salaan (Hyderabadi Eggplant with peanuts & coconut - no picture); homemade mango chutney, naan and Basmati rice.

I am looking at heaving back to the quick cook version because it doesn't cut cleanly and I'd like a version that's easier to cube and we've now sussed our oven out and can stop things burning badly on the tray now.

I've copied the links elsewhere, so I can read and reflect on those in the early morning hours when all is quiet and daughter is asleep.
I actually made my first almond feta yesteday, it is a whole new area of nut cheeses for me to explore, I really really like the taste, it is a bit mysterious but very nice, however I am not happy with the texture, I should get a decent blender though.
