The turkey was juicy and and beautiful and I couldn't stop eating it!We put the turkey breast in the smoker this afternoon and pulled it at dark to finish in the oven. The internal temp when we pulled it was 147F. It's covered in foil in a ceramic baking dish at 240F in the oven. I'll check it every 30 minutes or so until it gets to 155 then turn of the oven since we probably won't eat until 10 or later. I'll do a quick low broil uncovered to crisp up the skin at the end before cutting and serving. Hoping it turns out ok!
