What did you cook or eat today (January 2025)

Salad and grapefruit and miso glazed tofu. The 'blob' on the tofu is the sauce used to deglaze the frying pan. Tastiest bit!

I'm guessing that that is an automated colour detection algorithm programmed for a percentage of skin tones....

And possibly a certain shape made by the ??? Actually I don't know what that implement is. Is it a whet stone?

and apparently Morrisons ran out of chives so subbed it with dill! Even the manager giving me my click n collect looked perplexed 😂
He laughed when I said Yer I know but I can never find dill when I want it so I’ll have it anyway!
Into the freezer it goes.
