What did you cook or eat today (July 2020)?

Inspired by TR: Quadruple berry cobbler. I made 4 mini cobblers, about 2 servings each. Here's one of them I am taking to my sister. We picked up a quart of vanilla ice cream from our local place (support your local businesses). I'll give it a quick reheat on low broil before we eat it to crunch it up.

Your dish is my kind of food. Bravo. Three things I miss here is Pembroke pots, Welsh Lamb and Welsh Black Beef . I spoke to my godson in Saint Dogmaels yesterday, he was pissed of at the behavior of the English tourists re Covid. Hopefully the family will visit in September.
 
Last night dinner was the meatloaf I BBqed with the Burgers the night before. Like a lot of things I cook I prefer meatloaf cold. I had it with the previous nights left over cauliflower cheese. My wife had it with relish and feta cheese. I had a small bowl of relish with Gorgonzola.

I make smoked meatloaf on a regular basis. I use a 50/50 mix of beef and pork. I make my loaf, and put it on the Weber kettle with no pan, over indirect heat, with some hickory wood mixed with the charcoal.

It has been a while. I need to make one.
