I made a pork tenderloin curry today. Yesterday was snacks night because I was too tired to cook. Both didn't warrant a picture but tasted fine.

I did also make a maraschino cherry cake loaf today, I will upload a pic of that tomorrow . Planning Nicoise salad for tomorrows dinner, that should be pic worthy too.

I long for your maraschino cherry cake pic!

Peach wine? It’s like a wine for aperitif?
It's just a sweet fruit wine, good for an aperitif or with dessert. This part of the country seems to specialize in fruit wines. We drink a lot of them. I have a cherry wine waiting, and we drank a lot of cranberry wine over Christmas, and we just drank a bottle of blueberry wine a couple of weeks ago. We've also had apple, blackberry, raspberry, watermelon, currant, strawberry, elderberry, and plum wine. Plum is about my favorite of the fruit wines we get.

wow, sounds great!
Our fruit wines are different and not many, then I’m not a big fan in general of fruit wines but when I have the chance, I like to pair them with biscuits (cookies) - for examples Vin Santo and cantucci toscani. Or also to dunk them in Prosecco
