You cook for your folks? Looks good, prolly have seconds too. :)

Not usually, because they live too far away, but I will on special occasions. Unfortunately, my dad lost his sense of taste and his appetite along with it several years ago, so a lot of it is lost on him these days.

Sweet and Spicy Twice Baked Potato for the challenge...

Very nice, when I cook new potatoes on a bbq I boil them first, let them go cold then thread them onto skewers six at a time with a brush of olive oil. The skewers stop them being lost through the grill and make them easier to turn

My breakfast this morning was both simple and different from my norm. It could be eaten with the fingers, - Life cereal and honeydew melon. The cereal is without milk or cream, just dry.

Life cereal is healthy and tasty. I sometimes eat it dry as a snack during the day, at other times than breakfast.

Thanks. Yep, our taters were preboiled as well - leftovers from yesterday. If we cook raw potatoes in embers, we cut them into pieces and wrap them in foil with oil and condiments. We use skewers quite a lot but currently we have a new, frequent steel grid/grating which keeps most stuff from falling into the embers. Btw, we just harvested first potatoes from our own vegetable bed. Yummy.

Coffee time (I baked cinnamon buns and a long bun loaf).
