Typical airport fare...meh:
Here is something my sister and I used to enjoy making (and eating) as kids, with minimal adult supervision.
Basically, toast some English Muffins (ciabatta rolls would work great as a substitute), top with tomato sauce, grated cheese, and whatever else you/the kids like. Everyone can make their own favorites. I used homemade sauce, but we used sauce from a jar as kids. I also used freshly grated whole milk mozzarella, but cheese its wide open. I also used some pepperoni. Bake it in the oven at 400F/204C until the cheese is bubbly and the toppings look good.
I garnished mine with some fresh basil from the garden.
It may be a fun meal for kids, but I scarfed these down in no time.

Were they packed by Ledo mate. ?Good to hear, you might not believe this but I had some frozen raspberries in the freezer but not enough to make jam, my wife bought 500 gms for me to make a batch. I tend to read labels of stuff I cook. Raspberries picked and frozen in Croatia.

Looks and sounds good. I could try to engage my daughter in the making process. She is good in cooking, did omelette with onions last night. Here is something my sister and I used to enjoy making (and eating) as kids, with minimal adult supervision.
