Not pretty, but I used my sweet potato rolls to make pulled pork sliders.

Yes thanks mate, not a problem my wife arranged everything.

Good to hear, you might not believe this but I had some frozen raspberries in the freezer but not enough to make jam, my wife bought 500 gms for me to make a batch. I tend to read labels of stuff I cook. Raspberries picked and frozen in Croatia.

I got hooked on seasoned +veg rice, my take on Spanish rice the last several days. Now that the daily rhythm is more relaxed cooking is back.

I was on and off the zero carb, trying to balance out some hot weather, low blood pressure instabilities. And plenty of anxieties.

It is a balancing act, bit today finally I feel back or mostly back to myself.

Breaded hake, red lentils dahl, fresh toms for a Fairly low carb lunch.

Beautiful apricot and peach and raspberries for snacks.

Melissa tea now instead of the last coffee of the day.

My mom had her (1 of 5 due) teeth out this morning. So we are on a good path. Fingers crossed.

Sorry I missed so much on the forum.

A belated happy 4th July dear American members friends...
