Salad with tomato vinaigrette and chicken-apple sausage with roasted baby potatoes:

I got a little artistic with me mustard plops.
I think that I will grill up the rest of the package of Sausages that I buy. Mom just loves those and some roasted Potatoes would round it out for her. It's time I take her some more freezer-ready-to-eat meals again, I'm sure she's out by now.

Day Four in the hotel, lunch

We didn't feel like going out to eat or even getting a take-out, we just want to sit and be for a bit, it's been so hectic lately.
When ever we "travel", I think ahead and bring along a few easy meals I can make us in the hotel room. Bologna on plain old store bought white Bread and Corn Chips, a Cola on the side to wash it down with.

This is my second time using Weight Watcher’s two-ingredient pizza dough, with better results:

It’s not a yeast dough, so it comes out close to a proper cracker crust, which just happens to be a SW Ohio specialty, so this wasn’t unfamiliar in taste and texture.

I love a thin cracker crust, yum!

Bologna, like I was told growing up: Thin for sandwiches, thick for steaks! I love me a good bologna sandwich!

So many beautiful dishes in this thread!
I made this tasty Chinese style Beef and Green Beans recently, served over Jasmine rice. It was supposed to be Beef & Broccoli, but the Mrs says broccoli doesn't appeal to her in her pregnancy, so the green beans were a good substitute.

Hey, off topic, but when is that beautiful Fowler child due (I often think of "it" as a flower and not Fowler child, LOL). I also don't remember if you shared the gender?

Sorry group for off-topic.

Lovely-looking food, BTW!

When I saw that first image without reading the text I thought that they were green chillis!!!!

Dinner Day Four in the hotel

My homemade Paniolo (that's Hawaiian for Cowboy) Chili with steamed White Rice underneath <edit-I brought this from home, frozen and parked it in the mini-fridge in the hotel room for later>, chopped Sweet White Onions on top and Diamond Bakery Soda Crackers on the side ... and please don't slam me, but all on disposables, I mean we're in a hotel, it's not like I've got all of my resources at hand for the moment.
