These are nice cold as well. They will all get eaten.

Turkey Piccata inspired. I absolutely love this way of preparing the turkey breast meat. Used soy flour, capers, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, half of lemon juice, lemon zest. Marvelous.
It can be done with chicken breast, possibly veal as well, as far as I read...

Really can’t find the enthusiasm today so Chorizo chicken sandwich meat (yes just the meat, can’t even be bothered to put it between two slices of bread ) and Bournville dark chocolate!

Have ordered some good stuff for delivery today and tomorrow so that should add some “pep n zing”

We ended up eating hot dogs with a French loaf for dinner. First of all the A/C technicians arrived, just as the football started. Then they took 3 1/2 hours to install a new coil (coil, haha, a huge slab of technology about 40 kgs in weight!) then the football went into extra time and penalties, then the kids wanted to make cookies... so it was hot dogs!

Iced oat latte, sat 10min in front of the lovely fountain for some chill out time, and bought some groceries on the way home. Indulged in chips.
So good I had no carbs for lunch, makes room for chips
