Last nights dinner, mixed roast veg and roast chicken. My weekend pud treat was watermelon.
What a gorgeous outdoor setting, lovely day!I enjoyed a barbecued brisket sandwich with thick potato chips for lunch yesterday on Mackinac Island. There’s no view of the water like some places, but the forest is pretty spectacular. And, they were okay with us bringing our dogs along.

Thanks. I find that, more and more, I like salads of just lettuce, with the usual additions turned into a dressing.Hmmm... I winged it. I will make one tomorrow and write up quantities.
