Teachers meeting st mr7 school,so I had to pick him up and watch him until daughter finishes work. Picked him up, first stop a dairy ( 7/11 in states) he picked out 2x $1 bags of lollies/ sweets. Next stop a bakery, he ordered steak n cheese and I a steak n mushroom. He's not allowed tomato sauce at home ( sugar content) so he sat at the table eating his sauce with some pie, lol.
He's on my phone playing some game he down loaded. I'm a sucker for grandkids.

Were the toes in the first photo some sort of appetizer?

For a guy on a diet, you sure eat well!
Proof of the diet working, first viewing from last summer mate. I'm never hungry. I do miss certain carbs like rice, pasta, bread and pots a lot. Sugar not so much, the water melon deals with that. I never snack either. I have a double espresso with a little milk foam for brekkie, cottage cheese and tuna or sardines mixed in with an avocado for lunch, then what I post for dinner.

Last nights dinner. Cheese and smoked ham omelette with toms. Pud watermelon.

Dessert or a late night meal was not carb free, but it was as little c as possible,we had 2 mini American pancakes in an opened pack so those with Maple syrup (our first) at the bottom.

Mascarpone cheese, nectarine peaches, greek yoghurt on top.

And crumbled butter biscuit, laying around forever...

A melted and refridgerated kinder choc...

That was a real treat.

Kid had omelette with bacon and salmon on a bagel(it was American food days at Lidl).

Heart-shaped eyes both for the treat and for your cool nail varnish!

Eating on a diet doesn't have to be bland or boring. I'm losing weight eating things I love.

It's really as simple as reducing calorie intake, as long as you know how much you can eat you can still eat what you like if that works for you.

And this works for Burt Blank , as what I do works for me.
