I marinated and later grilled NY strip steaks. Battered some green beans and put them in the airfryer. Made twice baked potatoes with a twist. Added lemon juice and dill. Also added smoked Gouda cheese. Worked really well
Nice! I pulled a vacuum sealed t-bone out of the freezer today for tomorrow. It is a USDA choice with a big tenderloin side. I'm not sure whether I want to do my usual sous vide and sear, or to cook it on the charcoal grill. Yeah, first world problem.
I like the sound of fried green beans. I don't have an air fryer, so I'll just have to settle for deep fat frying.
