Satisfied my craving, but also all I ate today due to being ill. I lost a stone in four days!

Chocolate Kahlua Bundt Cake with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
This flavor half sized Bundt cake did not sell very well at our Community's last Bake & Craft Sale.
So I stashed the leftovers in the stand-up freezer and we have been whittling away at them :whistling:🎶

I'd hate to use those for stuffed shells!
Lol, these are not for stuffing... They are for holding the sauce in to scoop up all of the flavour, rather like the meal above...
Although the blurb with them says
Use small shells in soup, particularly chunkier soups like Minestrone or even in a hearty bean soup. They also make a great base for a pasta salad. Cooks in 11 minutes.
and calls them large shells, no 29.

I messed up on the ordering. I thought 1 meant 1 piece. Nope, it meant 3 steamed buns or 4 shui mai or 6 chicken feet or 8 pot stickers. The fried rice came in a deep 8 inch pie plate. OMG, we had so much food. We  might have gotten through half of it.

Craig wouldn't try the chicken feet but since they weren't expensive I decided I would. A very gelatinous texture and bony as expected. They did taste pretty good, though I think I'll pass from now on.

I made a "cheat" dinner with a frozen-ready-to-heat Prime Rib Roast, Mushrooms, Pearl Onions and Gravy.
Served of wide Egg Noodles and some Green Beans on the side.

Surprisingly delicious actually.
I found this in a bag in the freezer case at the Mega-Mart along with other meals ready to heat.
It was only $4.99 USD for two servings, not bad.
Noodles=8-9 minutes Beef=8-9 minutes Green Beans=maybe 5 minutes ... (not including waiting for the water to come to a boil) dinner in less than 10 minutes!
Add in the cost for the noodles and veg and I come up with $3.18 USD per plate of food ... and I'm just stuffed!

Sssshhhh, I have Ice Cream Sandwiches hidden in the deep freeze for dessert later ... sqqqqquuuuuueeeeeeeeeee!

I know that it wasn't in the best of circumstances that you lost that weight but you can certainly afford to indulge in that pizza.
Absolutely. Allso because I didn't feel hungry all day but that looked at least more appetising to me than anything else. I ate about 3/4 of it. I hope my appetite will return soon, because losing weight because you're ill is usually not healthy and regained fast.
