Salade aux lardons and sauteed potatoes

So a simple lunch, sourdough with tahin pekmez.

And an easy evening meal. Vegan sausage halves which were actually reasonable, peas, some slightly overcooked (only overcooked on the underside which is the side showing, the test was fine) tahdig and some wilted red mustard leaves with a massive kick to them.

We had salads for dinner last night. The base was fresh Greenleaf lettuce and baby spinach from the garden. Hubby had mushrooms, radish, and grape tomatoes with Bleu cheese, bacon, and vinaigrette dressing on his. I had radish, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, pistachios, feta, bacon, and ranch/vinaigrette dressing. Quite good.
