What did you cook or eat today (June 2023)?

This is what we're going to eat tonight.

We do these meal delivery services so we have prepared meals to take to the cottage with us.

Yes, wings. Those were the worst 3, except for maybe the 1 that I ate before deciding nope, not eating these. I got 10, of which 6 had some degree of char on them. The 1 that I ate tasted burnt, was hard and crunchy where it was black, and I do mean hard and crunchy, you could hear the crunch when I chewed, and the rest of the wing was dry and stringy. Called the server over and pointed to the 3 I had picked out and said "these are burnt" and he started arguing with me that they were not burnt. He eventually offered to replace them but I was done with the place by then. Finished eating my fries plus 1 wing that didn't have black on it, and half of my celery and blue cheese dressing.

Craig wanted them, even the burned ones, so we brought them home and he ate them a bit ago. I had 1 more that mostly wasn't burned and the rest of the celery.

Left the restaurant a fairly bad review mainly because the server argued with me when they were clearly burned. His tip reflected him arguing as well.

They did try to hide the worst ones, underneath the others and flipped so you couldn't see the worst side. I started picking through them after I found the the first burnt 1 and found the 3. They were literally drenched in sauce. I scraped most of it off because I hate over sauced food.

I get doubly offended because they burnt the food and then they tried to pass it off.
