Two days in a row a mistake follows my salad brunch. 1 day it was sold without dressing. Today she gave me the tuna cous cous one, which is lovely, but I wanted the quinoa chicken one. Just because quinoa is easier on me.

I used up the 8oz log of goat cheese I bought, now I’m trying to finish off the 32oz tub of plain Greek yogurt I have.
Creamy tomato salad dressing. I used my typical tomato vinaigrette and added in a big dollop of yogurt, and now it’s creamy.

One pot cheesy andouille pasta. No pic cause it just isn't pretty. Kinda reminds me of what goulash looks like. Quick and easy, pretty much a 30 minute meal.
