I finally got a Loco Moco
It was very tasty, the hamburger patties were cooked to a perfect medium-rare and that Mushroom Gravy was ONO (that's delicious in Hawaiian)
DH thought that a Loco Moco was only a breakfast item, nope, it's a local go-to anytime of day - how quickly he forgets

All at one of the Waikiki hotels Pool Bar/Grille while listening to Hawaiian music.
We splurged and did a valet parking, as it was just a touch too far for DH to walk this trip ... he's still recuperating from this heart surgery and isn't back to himself quite yet, next time.
We had a lovely evening out.
