Fried mushrooms, pommes frites, white and red cabbage and green salad,a white dip(commercial most likely). From the local pub a takeaway. The mushrooms tasted really good. Breadcrumbs definitely, underneath I don't know, I wouldn't sayI could taste egg dip prior...crunchy on the outside, soft but not too soft inside....a long (9-19)day at work.View attachment 59267
Had a yoghurt, cottage cheese, apple&banana breakfast in two parts, the fruit at home, the rest at work.

I did look for nice egg cups online, not a simple affair😁...I will look for some at a local store tomorrow after dentist ...

I did miss my tram station last night🙈😂but it was all my fault, low focus, long day...actually walking home after that finally allowed me to eat the pastry I bought...😂so that was great.

For breakfast, I fixed up 3 sunny side up eggs, 4 strips of thick cut bacon and spätzle.

It was a big breakfast and tasty with copious bacon grease.

Oregano and black mustard seed were used to spice it up.

That bacon looks fantastic indeed.
I have a question re 'strips'; I thought you call them as 'rashers' in US.But I can obviously get wrong..

A slice of bacon is commonly referred to as a strip of bacon. The term rasher is til now, an unknown to me.
