I found Craig's home cured bacon slabs in the freezer a few days ago. We need to do something with them.

The only thing I cure on a regular basis is Tasso, because I can't buy it. Someday, I'll do some bacon, but it's not something I'm highly motivated to make because there is so much really good bacon available for me to buy.

He just wanted to try it. Ordered some maple sugar and I don't remember what else for it. We had found a place to get good pork belly at a good price so bought a couple of good sized slabs.
