I do like their rice products in general, though. They are very good quality. I haven't ever tried any of their flavored rice products like the "risotto Alfredo" LOL.

I cooked the (minced beef) meat&veggies dish last night (chilli-ish like, but without the chilli as kid said chilli was tasty but too hot, she did give it a try though in the yellow pod stew yeeeeeeeey🤹)...she will eat it today and tomorrow.

It does not look like much, but tasted the paprika and corn, it was goood👍.

I found out here at the forum that originally chilli was/is without beans...amazing stuff one discovers!

I brought my leftover yellow pod stew and cottage cheese to work.

It is a gorgeous sunny day! It was pouring rain yesterday afternoon, and the mountain north of the city got fresh snow sprinkle overnight...

Veg for Mediterranean style tray bake ready for the oven - courgettes, red and yellow pepper, red onion, green beans. I'll add two salmon fillets, a few part-steamed potatoes and 100ml of chicken stock for the last 20 mins. All being cooked in a cast iron Le Creuset tarte tatin dish that I use for everything but tarte tatin. The heavy cast iron base and thick enamel coating makes it my go-to item for cooking risottos.

Today's meal was a quick fix, only requiring a quick heating of breaded chicken in the microwave.

This chicken salad features breaded chicken, radicchio, snow peas, Anaheim pepper, mushrooms, tomato and garlic herb feta cheese. The salad dressing was a quick home made mix of sour cream, olive oil and balsamic vinegar with no spices or herbs.

The snow peas were chopped up.
