My version of Smothered Chicken, Honey & Butter Carrots with roasted Parmesan Potatoes, YUM!!!
Had a small amount of fresh Flat Leaf Parsley in the veg bin that needed to be used... everything got a flourish for "pretty sake"
 
I know I made mention that Bikini Weather is fast approaching, so this calls for more "rabbit food" :laugh:

This my version of TastyReuben 's Orange Vinaigrette recipe and a favorite of mine.
I had a bowl of Cara Cara Oranges sitting on the kitchen island that were going hard on the outside and figured, they gotta get used up!
I'm going to try this on some grilled/bbq'd fresh asparagus :woot:
 
Did I show y'all DH's lunch? I can't recall, so forgive me if I'm repeating myself ...

My Tricked Out Pasta Salad atop a bed of lettuces, cucumber and tomatoes-a leftover piece of grilled/bbq'd salmon for protein.
Up-cycle, repurpose, no leftovers in the trash aka zero waste.
 
Yeah its getting darker at night here. My sign winter is coming.

Darker here too, but not cooler yet. Yesterday hot 35°C at home and by bedtime, not nightfall, it was still over 25°C. Sydney recorded the hottest average March night temperature in 149 years! No wonder we didn't sleep.

29 c today and 29 c tomorrow as well. Everyone enjoyed the beach today.
