I'd missed that. Looks great though. We have some brown crab meat in the fridge, so will try your recipe. Agree about the shells! Oddly enough, they are also the perfect size for holding a single scallop.Nice! Did you notice I also used scallop shells recently? There is something delightfully retro about cooking in scallop shells.
