Pan fried cod with dill, chive and lemon cream sauce, dry fried egg fried rice with peas.
We're going to try carry-out again. Pray for me.

scrub then boil whole jacket potatoes, drain and allow to cool down to room temp
heat the oven. 200°c with fan
on an oiled sheet pan sort of squash and smash & break the potatoes.
pour on lots of olive oil & be generous with salt too.
Bake for at least at hour. They should be translucent and super crunchy. If not. Keep roasting.
