Low carb ? I use the same on my Moussaka with the addition of an egg yolk and the cheese is paski sir.It's just double cream, reduced, with grated Parmesan. Seasoned and balanced with lemon juice.

Ahhh rich mans moussaka ! the one above is my middle class moussaka 50/50 aubergine/potato.replaced the potato with layers of aubergine and courgette!

Soak them in full cream coconut milk
Since I came back home for lunch and as I had some spinach and flour (enough now), I’ve made spinach crêpes then filled with cheese and prosciutto
