Going to Olive Garden to celebrate DD#1's birthday tonight.
Ummm...splash? I'm thinking a few!
I cooked a chicken Ishtu (Keralan chicken with coconut milk) , a sabzi panchmel (five vegetable curry) and some samosa filling for 60 people. Not a big deal when you've got 4 cooks to help you. The only problem was, they're all new, so I had to check every single thing they did.
The down side? My feet are killing me! 7 hours without sitting down; I think I need one of SSOAP's insane Thai foot massages!
Fit to fall over backwards with a cold beerMy gosh you must be fit. Well done!
Very impressive and very pretty! Love it!For my Mom:

I made Grilled Teriyaki B/S Chicken Thighs, that ever present steamed White Rice and my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee - made sure that I made enough that to put together a Bento Box for my Mother too!
I have a grocery haul for her tomorrow, so I'll bring this as well as three other Bentos for her that I've frozen.
