MrsT had hers in salad form, mine as a sandwich (along with some salt & vinnie potato crisps/chips).

No photos, `cuz I wanted to eat hot food ...
Scampi-style Mussels for DH and White Gulf Shrimp (from Texas, I'm lookin' at you caseydog ) for Moi
Man on man, that was dang delicious!!!
I had a couple slices of Ciabatta to sop up the sauce and DH had a small (for him) portion of WW Penne in his Pasta Bowl.
PHEW, I stuffed.
I made 6 shrimp for me, but could only eat 3. They are huge! I found a 2 pound bag, frozen, for $7.99/lb. good deal!

Hubby is away again, so just a vegan 'ready meal' with some extra veg. The cauliflower

Spicy split pea and lentil dal with chipatti. The silverbeet came from knitting today (we swap excess veg fruit and plants from gardens) and cauliflower had been hiding in the fridge for the last week or two (the remains of, in fresh water).

First time I've had that vegan meal, but it was very nice. It had barberries in it (predictive text keeps changing this to batteries! They won't taste as nice) so that was a first for me. I'll happily have it again.

We were out and about yesterday so got lunch at a BBQ place we used to love but hadn't been to in a while. We were both disappointed with our lunches, I got spare ribs and Craig got sliced pork, which were new tries for us. We'll give them 1 more chance next time we are over that way, but will order our usual. Stopped and got a dozen of hot and fresh original glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts on the way home so that was our dinner.
