Fish moqueca and sangria for lunch

Afternoon I had naan with my colleague's devilish lemon and tikku sauces. This stuff is fire. My lips were hurting. Had to have a yogurt after.

Last night dinner was, a chunk of Hake dusted in seasoned flour and fried in a butter oil mix for Mrs Blank. I grilled a Swordfish Steak. Served with oven chips and a green salad. My top four fish steaks are Halibut, Turbot, Grouper and Swordfish in that order. You can't get fresh halibut or turbot here. Grouper is a winter fish here. The swordfish was excellent.
