Simple baked spud with Spanish tuna & sweetcorn. Just found out a baked potato needs to reach an internal temp of 212f. Who knew? It works though!

Blackened steak salad (except we just grilled it) with potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, red onion slices, tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles, dressed with a homemade vinaigrette made with some of the blackening seasoning.

Hope I don't upset any of my American friends here, but I called these LA Hotdogs which I made for lunch (and for a video). But checking now I don't think LA hotdogs are stuffed with cheese first. Anyway, they tasted good.

Last night dinner was, a chunk of Hake dusted in seasoned flour and fried in a butter oil mix for Mrs Blank. I grilled a Swordfish Steak. Served with oven chips and a green salad. My top four fish steaks are Halibut, Turbot, Grouper and Swordfish in that order. You can't get fresh halibut or turbot here. Grouper is a winter fish here. The swordfish was excellent.
