It wasn't very crispy. My wife makes it and she's decided to revert to Tempora flour in future. That was made with plain flour.

Two days with no biscuits?! Why are you still home?!

Wife's in queenstown at a conference. Until Friday. My list of things to do has not got biscuits on it. I'm going to the pub with my good friend dafyd later. We call him that after the englishprogramme.
We go somewhere quiet so just "us" time. Our local we start out with just us, then as people arrive they sit with us. I don't like too many people around me. It's like I'm the entertainment? We will drink and gamble. Something we both enjoy.
Not really missing the wife, I have things to do as well

I was researching the net for Sichuan chicken recipes and came across this:

Ingredients for two servings (amongst other bits):

4 Chicken drumsticks
2 tblsp Sichuan pepper
5 Fresh red chillis
50 Whole dried chillis.

If I use that one I may make some adjustments.
