I wonder if that's why they didn't have PDF version of the manual in English online.

They don't appear to have a PDF manual on the net at all (as far as I can tell). The Haier website doesn't even acknowledge that they sell air fryers.

Curried prawns then butter chicken, with mushroom sabji. Wife had malai kofta.
Very very good. Bought 6 garlic naans for the freezer. They are the best I've ever had.

Sichuan pepper chicken with cauliflower and potatoes.

The vegetables are fresh but the chicken was reheated from defrosting. The chicken appeared to have a lost a little of it's spicyness.

Sichuan pepper chicken with cauliflower and potatoes.

I adapted the method for cooking the cauliflower and potatoes.

I cannot use the larger of my woks as it doesn't have a lid for the "steaming" process. I heated half of the ELOO and fried only half of the kalonji seeds and red chillis. Then stir fried the potatoes sprinkled with half the turmeric. Then removed the potatoes and kept aside whilst emulating the process with the cauliflower. Then added back the potatoes and continued the "steaming" process.

There was 460 gms diced scrubbed potatoes and 520 gms of cauliflower-ettes.

This is about ⅓rd of that quantity.

8/10 - 2 points deducted for being a bit burnt. Having said that, burnt toast flavour is a 'thing' in some trendy fine dining meals.

I like it like that, I don't know what the method is called. You put two slices together in one slot so one side is well done and crisp, the backside is soft and fluffy.

I used this but added plum instead of apple , a splash of white wine, some ginger and a garlic clove that I took out later.
