Just got back from taking my Mother out to Lunch at our favorite Asian Bistro.

Mom ordered a SMALL bowl of Egg Drop Soup ... she ate it all!
Also (not pictured) an order of Egg Rolls, two to an order, she ate only one and called it quits ... DH helped her out and ate it the last one for her

DH ordered three Cucumber Roll Sushi (not pictured), Edamame and handmade Pork Dumplings.

For myself, Shrimp Tempura Roll - and helped DH eat this Edamame and Dumplings.
We wound up bringing home one of his Sushi Rolls and 3 Dumplings ... that'll be a snack later if we peckish.

Another homemade personal size pizza. Sauce, dried oregano, granulated garlic, mozz, and low sodium ham. Garnished with fresh basil.

my Wontons dressed in a Chili Oil for a light dinner. when you get the bowl, you can toss them around in the flavorful sauce and eat.

less spicy than it looks.

One of this weekend's meals was a codfish dish I had never cooked before. This is basically a layer of shredded codfish with stewed onions and spinach, over a layer of fried potatoes and it's really good
