Today is my birthday, TVC served
Crab salad, boeuf bourginon and a chocolate bomb with salted caramel washed down with a bottle of cava.

Today I had an onion bhaji scotch egg from a deli in Wales. It was delicious.

It sounds very delicious.... and possibly tricky to make.

I'm going to have a go at this.

Had to take hubby into the city today and then get some 'pre-admission tests' done (aka PCR test). By the time I was done, I was hungry and got something for my lunch.

I had a cashew milk hot chocolate and a cinnamon bun at the vegan cafe.

And 2 pumpkin & ricotta rolls for lunch at home.

Padded out a vegan microwave meal in a bowl

by adding 10 stalks of Tuscan kale from my veg plot and some extra protein.

My kale is about ⅓ of the bowl and all at the bottom. The protein is airfried soy duck.

It looks like it may be Wednesday also. My wife is very reluctant to wash dishes from my cooking given the current flooding around the house. We may be taking flannel showers before long.

It's strange that 3 years ago we were trying to conserve water as much as possible and now we have so much water there is no place for it to go!

Not for me though (I don't really like avocado). My partner eats whatever I give him which is great as I can use ingredients I don't much like.

I haven't tried your Avocado scooping method yet Morning Glory , they've gotten so bloody expensive! I've been craving Avocado Toast in the worst way!!! But a gorgeous Salad that that would be just as nice, maybe some warm bread & butter ...
