The risotto is Milanese with a bit of chicken stock and saffron, some onion and garlic from the garden, parmesan and butter..The haddock is covered in what is basically a bruschetta mix with olive oil, baked for about 20 minutesWhat did you flavor your risotto with Rocklobster ? and how is the fish dressed? It looks lovely
