Looks divine. I’ve never made gnocchi from scratch (that I can remember), but it’s on my list to do so.Gnocchi and sauce % scratch.

The cafe do a lot of eastern European food. That is their name food the dish. It's a potato pancake (finely grated potato). I believe it's a Polish dish but like you I can't locate info on it either.liked the look of it too and I'd never heard of it either and a search yielded no results other than Fukujinzuke which is a Japanese pickle. Could it be Focaccia? Doesn't look like that at all though. Please enlighten us SatNavSaysStraightOn!

It is not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I'm just trying to perfect it.Looks divine. I’ve never made gnocchi from scratch (that I can remember), but it’s on my list to do so.
