Evening meal

Salad, and courgette, rosemary rice cake.

As evidenced by the photos I post, I always toss the salads we’re having before serving, with the dressing.

That’s how we both prefer to eat them, but I must admit, the way you plate yours, with most of the components keeping themselves to themselves, is visually stunning. I’ve done that a few times and always like the result.
 
Finally smoked salmon scrambled eggs, four hours after the estimated time of delivery 😂

Tried out moulding them in a mini mould for eggs bites at a later date!
Have eaten one already and it worked!

Last night's dinner.

Pork roast (seasoned with olive oil (misted on), my all-purpose seasoning blend, and Herbs de Provence), Kraft white cheddar and bacon macaroni and cheese, and Green Giant Restaurant Style Asparagus, Roasted Red Potatoes, and onions.

Pate and some more pate and a bit more pate. Then for good measure one of the salvaged smoked salmon scrambled egg omelette egg bite thingies with some extra smoked salmon, then a bit of chocolate and two beers to wash it all down.

I think I’ve reached three food coma’s in the last two days. I’ll be waddling round the shops tomorrow to pick up my orders 😂

MrsT specifically requested a fried bologna sandwich, just mustard, which is the only way I ever ate them.

She is completely in love with fried bologna sandwiches - an item she didn’t even know existed before she met me. :thankyou:
