I pass this restaurant a lot in my parent's area. I is across the street from Lowe's. Yes, it is real.

This happened just today.
This guy has been in touch with me regarding creating a website, and then today he told me that his budget is CAD 3000. But he said he has to give commission to someone. And then he explained the whole thing. The website is for his girlfriend's dad who pays the money. And the commission goes to his girlfriend and himself ! The dad thinks that the CAD 3000 is for the website, and doesn't know that 1000 goes to his beloved daughter and his trusted future son in law. 33.33% commission!
