Could not stay at home, headache was starting, so I went out to move and have a distracting purpose.
Bought ingredients for a choc cake for my daughter who is returning from vacay tomorrow,cow milk for her, ground turkey, pecans, pomegranate, lamb's lettuce, local pepperoni(kulen), tomatoes, corn flour.

Strictly speaking, not today: I bought the German beer on Wednesday and the other two with TR, yesterday.
These are really special beers and, given the alcohol percentage, need to be sipped, like a fine wine, rather than whacked down the gullet like an English football fan celebrating our semi-final success.
I think I'm going for the German beer first. Don't you just love that label?

We have De Cecco! The ziti are short.
I am not a fan of tubular pastas other than penne and thin tubed pastas anyway. My Italian-American DH likes rigatoni and ziti but I rarely buy them.

The nougat vegan ice cream. Coco yoghurt.
New cappuccino mix, serviettes, gluten free cookies, chips, gluten free salty sticks and a lactose free feta.
I looooved feta, am curious to test if I can manage this lactose free one.

Osso bucco...however, can you spot an error?
No big deal, just a simple error.
I pointed it to the cashier, and she made it ok.
Been reading and getting inspired by the Osso bucco deliciousness, perfect for using up the white wine, that is still in my fridge...plus have never cooked it before, as far as I remember...
