Note to self, look in fridge before going shopping - I already had both a spare 5% and 0% fat yogurt in there.
I'm now overrun with yogurt.
It may be time to think about making a lemon or orange or chocolate tart based off my adapted lemon tart recipe - not til the weekend tho!

Saw the Amish poultry and recalled an article I read about Amish women getting all their teeth pulled and replaced with dentures. That's cheaper than long term dental care. :o_o:
I’ve read that before and it’s not very common at all - seems to have happened just enough to get attention. I’ve interacted with loads of Amish women over the years, and while I didn’t ask, when I did notice, it was fairly obvious they had their natural teeth.

I see your watermelon! I'll be growing five Sugar Babies this year.View attachment 126530

They're supposed to be around 8 lbs. and 8 or so inches in diameter. These are last year. View attachment 126531View attachment 126532View attachment 126533View attachment 126534View attachment 126535
They were sold as 'baby watermelon' which suited me just fine. My fridge is fairly full atm, but I could fit the baby watermelon in just fine.
I've bought a large ones before, and once cut I had to portion them up to fit in the fridge 😅

Mine didn't fit anywhere so I gave most of them away. Senior center, neighbors w/out gardens, Mom, and the like.

I have found this Mango Chutney and bought it just for curiosity… OMG!! So good!
I am eating it with prawn crackers 😅 maybe not the best way to pair it with but I like it ☺️
Any suggestions on how to use it, please?

I’ve used it on toasted/grilled cheese sandwiches and stirred it into chicken salad.

It also makes a nice spread on crackers when mixed in with some cream cheese.
