What would you choose?

Thai fishcakes and the veggie samosa.
Might share the dessert if I have any room left.
I wonder why there's a note about "vegetarian" options for dessert? Do you think they make their apple pie with salami? :laugh:

Maybe they are confused about the difference between vegan and vegetarian and are assuming that vegetarians don't eat dairy or eggs?
 
TVC had the bruschetta then samosa, I didn't have a starter, my main was the penne. The dessert was a light fluffy something slightly lemony on a biscuit base and a small crumbly pastry with a dollop of a jammy substance.
The venue was full, staff were working really hard so was very surprised the hot food came out hot.
It is a party venue, once the staff started clearing up the party started. It was good to join our friends to celebrate but it was too loud and the lights were very bright, not our thing so won't go back.

I'd go for the Designer Hefeweizen.
I recognize a few of the Bourbons on the list, but I wouldn't try anything new without a bourbon specialist by my side!
