A true Cappuccino ( not a powdered instant one). Icy water.
Out and about, willing to suffer a bit with the 0,5 dl dairy, for a good coffee...and recline for 20 minutes.

Out at linner (late lunch/early dinner) with Mom.
Locally brewed draught lager ... so nice on a hot summer day ... crisp. light. refreshing.

Lunch was delayed by relatives wanting a lift to the airport
That vodka was a gift I’d totally forgotten about.
I didn’t have any because I had to drive after lunch but Mr SSOAP and son said it went very well with the ribs.
However lunch might have been delayed but refreshments were not and by the time the wine was served they were a pint of cider and three pretty strong Elderflower Collins down the line so I can’t say I entirely trust their enthusiastic response

A sort of detox:iced camomille tea, sage tea, lemon water.
Probably had 1,5 liters in the last 4 hours.
It feels wonderful. Refreshing and healing.

Since my fingers are stiff from pulling orchids apart, I've settled on a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. It may not do my fingers any good, but it's certainly working for me.
