I’ve got to run into town, mainly for some salad ingredients, as tonight is salad night.

Looking forward to it because…it’s snowing like a mother out right now! Usually, first snowfall is flurries that don’t even stick, but this is a good and proper snowfall, 2-4 inches predicted. Wheeeeeee!

We had salads last two nights in a row...had to harvest the lettuce yesterday because it dropped to 29 last night. We got a little snow, not as much as the SW part of the state apparently. So weird.

Going to work shortly. I will have my seat warmer on for sure!

.we are downsizing? Place is too big. Then I have to go to my Indian shop.
Jasmine rice is top.of my list.
I bought 5kg the other day but when home I found it was basmati . My daughter uses that type so she claimed it.
They stock cashews at cheap prices so I will buy some more for my korma. Everyone seems to love them.

I step out my back door and take another 7 steps to get my lettuces. About 4 types. I like the frilly green stuff, a new one on me.
Opposite season huh???

Earthquakes we had son and d.i.l here as they had no power for 2 weeks then daughter her partner were here for 6 weeks but that turned into 1 year. I love them but need my own smaller space.
Stairs here will be a struggle in a few years???? I'm paying people to do things I used to do.. its expensive getting old!!!
