It's 40 here today and rainy (the high here today is 41). I think we've seen the sun twice in the 2 weeks we've been home from vacation.

Daughter does as well but talking to the Indian lady I buy from she swears by jasmine as most Indiand cook with it. I dont know if it's TRUE but I get good results and fluffy rice with jasmine.

I bought curry leaves twice buy havnt. Used yet as they have disappeared in our freezers.

I wonder if you could quite easily grow a curry leaf plant n your garden there? I suppose the problem would be obtaining the plant or seed in the first place...
