Picked up two fat rump steaks in Waitrose currently reduced to £4.33 (£14.44 a kilo) which is good value.
Cooking steak, peppercorn sauce, garlic mushrooms etc which will likely elicit an 80’s smile from Mr SSOAP.
Might do a prawn cocktail to start and some sort of 80’s desert to finish. He was banging on a bout banana splits the other day

Yeah, I figured tea, coffee, or some other brown liquid to dye the exterior, but with the sesame seeds and interesting color to the filling of the eggs, what could that be? Just maybe some dijon and egg yolk or what?
