Plans for today (2025)

No proper work today but some running around to do.
Mr SSOAP has an appointment at the GP surgery and I need to pick him up a shower stool because one handed showering without getting his dressings wet is wearing him out.
Today I must cook the Ziti (with a goulash twist ) because is the last day for the mince and I have a thing about food waste.
I also have a boatload of chicken and turkey that needs something doing with it.

I’m not planning on doing much else, I think the lack of sunshine and wintery weather has won out this week, staying inside wrapped up doing very little seems the sensible choice!

I actually do need to renew my passport...on a related note, did you know you can do that online now? I need photos though. Apparently there is an app for taking passport approved photos!

Edit: Medtran is in Florida, but if she's like me, she wakes up at odd hours at times.

We stayed up watching "House of the Dragon" episodes last night until around 2. Now normally we go to bed around 10-11. It's too cold to go outside and there's nothing much to do, so we just sleep, eat, and putter about as we like.

Now as far as the random waking up in the middle of the night/early a.m. goes? Tell my bladder to leave me alone and let me sleep!
