If I had them in my house I would be eating them too.It was to eat exactly the right amount of sugar!
You need some of these. I usually buy hard candy and quit reading after the word candy on these...If I had them in my house I would be eating them too.
I need to get some more berries so I can make some more of those sourdough discard blueberry muffins with the streusel topping, they are so good warmed with vanilla ice cream and more berries on top! I saw a recipe for sourdough discard brownies too, but I had better wait until the blueberry muffins are gone since I am primarily the person eating them. DH doesn't have the sweet tooth that I do. Good thing I don't have bars of chocolate and cookies lying around.
I don't know if I would like orange vanilla flavor or not, probably tastes like a creamsicle? If they were chocolate...but I also like Werther's. I am not as fond of hard candies as the chewy caramels though. I really prefer desserts (especially cheesecake and pecan pie) and cookies but I try to avoid having them around. I can make a package of Oreo's last for a few weeks though by limiting myself to 3-4 per night. I haven't bought them in a few years, though. I have everything on hand to make chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and more but I will try to stick with breads and pasta for awhile...and of course I will finish off my blueberry muffins! You need some of these. You know, in the US we have "dry January" (not something I participate in) where people go the whole month without drinking alcohol, but we don't have a "Russ is on strike for Sunday family dinner in January". I suppose that's something we need to add! And salad doesn't count.Lazy day for moi as I'm not cooking sunday family dinner for January
Kids are bringing a chook each.
I relented for 15 mins and threw a salad together. Wifes doing spuds herself from our garden.
I'm watching races and gambling.
