Lol. Islas 15 and we need to enjoy her before she starts getting into boys. She has a great sense of humor. She couldn't say granddad as a baby so gan gan stuck. Although if she gets a boyfriend there may be 1 extra for dinner. Lol

We have a good friend cheryl ( 4 in our group all went to high school together)
And her new fellow we met about 5 years ago. He is really the nicest guy you could ever meet. We told cheryl if they break up wayne staying in our group lol.

You know, in the US we have "dry January" (not something I participate in) where people go the whole month without drinking alcohol, but we don't have a "Russ is on strike for Sunday family dinner in January". I suppose that's something we need to add! And salad doesn't count.

Got a birthday discount at an auto supply store that works out to a free bottle of oil additive and a bottle of Nu Finish wax. The wax was a wth thing so I'll pick those up. Morelo's is about a block down the street so maybe...

I'm with you on faffing about and wasting the day. I'm making "English" muffins today (I started the dough yesterday) and no plans further than that so far.

Yeah, but I'll go back to work a little in late February maybe or early March. I could get more done around the house though. Ah well. Naps are nice.

Well my naps occur in the a.m. I wake up early most of the time (7 or so) and lie in bed for awhile, then doze off, rinse and repeat. I don't do afternoon naps very often (less than 1x a year).
