Lots of other dull time sensitive jobs to get finished up, fingers crossed for a smooth run today

I'm hopefullyy picking up my car today. Then do some shopping

So yeah, picked up my car yesterday, but quite late.
Light shop this morning then drove back home. Good to be back

Going solo to a Pasar Malam (Indonesian market) today because my husband has a fever. Looking forward to it!

I had a fantastic day , met a really nice woman who might become a friend and has a stall there. I will see her again soon at the biggest Pasar Malam of NL in Ahoy Rotterdam on April 20th.

I finally baked the muffins, now to finish cleaning up the kitchen. I've got most of the dishes, bowls, etc. cleaned up already, just gotta wipe down surfaces and there is one muffin tin still soaking.

Already done my physio exercises.
Go and check out my garden, see if we need to water
Calculate salaries and pay staff. And NHS (nhima here), pension fund, tax, paye etc
Work out a couple of quotes
Then decide what to eat.

Work day today but Jessica gets her cake after work and she has no clue I made it!

Today and tomorrow are Carnival, so no-one is working and as many people as possible are at the beach.
Nothing particular planned for today, which will probably mean I'll cook something.

Off work today. Making shakakshuka, watching some Pepin, going to the dry cleaners, the pharmacy, the grocery store, and lunch out, then French bread pizza and…Italian movie.

I can’t think of shakshuka without remembering a skit in a comedy drama where a student gives away her middle class credentials by saying you can cook eggs in the oven.
The other students look at her confused and she replies “Well how else can you make Shakshoookaaaar?”

She probably had a fabulous gap year in Cambodiaaaaaar too
