The CookingBites Recipe Challenge: Nov 2015-June 2017

I've been spending the last couple of hours in imaginary cheesy heaven whilst reading through all the entries and imagining eating them…..so many delicious ideas! Soups have been very popular (something to do with the weather out there?), some old favourites, and some imaginative sweet dishes too.
Its been really tough deciding on the shortlist, but here it is:
Stuffed Jackets
Cheese and Onion Pie
Welsh Rarebit
Cauliflower Cheese Soup
Cauliflower cheese soufflé
Leek, Potato and Cheddar Soup

As you can see, I just couldn't resist the classic combinations...for me they demonstrate the warm, melty, gooey, savoury, comforting things I love most about cheese.

And in the end I simply couldn't decide between two of the recipes on the shortlist - they both called to me in a way that means I'll be revising my food plans for the coming weeks because I want to try them asap! :hungry:
But there's no need to share the prize.....congratulations @Kake Lover for your Cauliflower Cheese Soufflé and your Cheese & Onion Pie - both of which I shall be trying in the not-too-distant future!

An excellent choice! I too, will be cooking these recipes.
