Hi! Ok, I've decided the ingredient for next recipes challenge: Artichokes! I really go crazy for them You can choose and use fresh or frozen artichokes, as you like.
Deadline is Saturday 25th March at Midday ( 12pm UK hour)

The only artichokes that we can get here (AFAIK) are these which have to be ordered from Bangkok.

OK - I am assuming you mean globe artichokes not jerusalem artichokes (a root veg).
