Eggs and anchovy work really well together. Tuna and eggs work well together. Think of the classic Salade Nićoise.

In a sandwich hard boiled eggs and anchovies can certainly work. And then there is Scotch woodcock...

Yeah I completely forgot that I make tuna salad with boiled eggs in it, but the tuna really doesn't taste like fish. I suppose eggs and anchovies work fine...for people who like anchovies!
